Unless the item description says "NO RETURNS/REFUNDS", we allow returns up to 7 days after receipt if the product arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival) and the damage is not the result of shipping. We insure our shipments, so if it is shipping damage, we'll work with the shipper to get you a refund.
To initiate a return:
Contact us by phone within 7 days of receipt. Upon approval, you will be given an RMA number. You must ship the item back to us at your cost.
We may elect to ship you a replacement item, or we may refund your purchase, tax and shipping price. Either way, we decide which we'll do.
We ship DHL, UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service with full insurance. We ship in the US ONLY. There is an additional charge to ship to AK or HI.
We will ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS.
Payment and Other Terms:
Payment is done through Google Checkout using whatever methods they allow. We ship after your payment CLEARS. We reserve the right to cancel absolutely any order.
Your order may be rejected if:
1) The product ran out of stock before we could update the site.
2) You are flagged by Google Checkout.
We have no control over Google Checkout and whether or not they will flag your order. We apologize if this happens, but we cannot afford to take the risk.
Seeking payment of items:
If you perform a chargeback or commit any kind of fraud against us, we will exercise every legal option available.
